Jill has been with the company since its inception, starting as one of the original employees. Over the past 5 years, she has played a pivotal role in developing our RHC Compliance Department, turning it into one of the best in the industry.

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at CHCS, Jill oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Recruit and Train New Hires: Jill ensures new employees are fully trained on CHCS procedures and RHC compliance.
Delegate Responsibilities: She assigns roles to staff members, helping them grow into efficient RHC Consultants.
Develop Policies and Procedures: Jill works to develop and maintain policies that help facilities achieve and sustain RHC compliance.
Prepare Fee for Service or New Healthcare Facilities: Jill supports healthcare facilities during the conversion process to become RHC-certified.
Implement New RHC Regulations: She ensures new RHC regulations are effectively implemented during facility conversions.
Train Clinic Staff: Jill provides comprehensive training to clinic staff on all aspects of RHC regulations.
Conduct Mock Surveys: Jill leads mock surveys to prepare facilities for State and CMS surveys, ensuring a high success rate.
Coordinate Onsite Staff Training: She oversees onsite training for Quality Control, RHC-required labs, Emergency Preparedness, Patient Intake, and Medication Storage.
Support EHR Implementation: She assists healthcare facilities with Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation or transitions, addressing specific needs.
Assist with Utilization Review Practices: Jill helps clinic staff implement effective Utilization Review practices to ensure optimal care.

Leslie Frugé has been a valued member of the Collective Healthcare Solutions team for the past four years. Starting with no prior knowledge of RHC development or credentialing, Leslie quickly developed her own processes and expertise to best serve our clients. Her dedication and commitment have allowed her to build an impressive clientele, including the largest psychiatric hospital in the state.

Complete Credentialing Applications: Gathering necessary documentation, reviewing, and submitting credentialing applications and contracts for CHCS providers.
Guide Clinics Transitioning: Assisting existing clinics in transitioning from Private Pay to Rural Health pay, ensuring the process is as smooth as possible.
Support New Clinics: Helping new clinics with fee-for-service credentialing until they transition into Rural Health Clinics.
